Texas Correctional Industries offers a broad assortment of modular systems to help balance flexibility, privacy, technology, style and price. Staff can provide assistance with product specifications and space planning.

Services
Space Planning: Total or partial space planning by using CAD (Computer Aided Design) is available upon request. This will generate a complete bill of materials and exact pricing on freight and installation.

Schedule of Charges:

  1. Initial Project Drawing; Bill of Material and One Revision - No charge.
  2. Additional revisions for same project will be charged as follows:
    a. Space Planning - $80.00 for first 2 hour minimum charge, $40.00 per hour there after.
    b. CAD - $70.00 for first 2 hour minimum charge, $35.00 per hour there after.
  3. Relocation and/or reconfiguration: TCI will prepare a new floor plan and bid for disassembly, transporting and reconfiguring any existing TCI systems furniture. Any questions concerning pricing or services should be directed to the TCI Sales Office at: (936) 293-4116, Fax (936) 293-4126.
  4. Prices on merchandise are exclusive of freight, handling, storage, uncrating and installation.

 

Product Warranty
Texas Correctional Industries warranties its products to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship, under normal use and care for a period of (10) ten years of single-service, with the exceptions listed below:

  • Operating components, electrical components and mechanical mechanisms – 5 years
  • Casters, fabrics and other covering materials – 3 years.  We will repair or replace any product which fails as the result of a defect during the warranty period.

    This product warranty does not apply to:
  • User modifications
  • Any attachments to product
  • Customer supplied material
  • Products not installed or used in accordance with published installation and application guidelines.

    Written notice must be received by TCI within 30 days of the appearance of any defect. TCI will, after inspection by its authorized representative, and at its option, either repair or replace any defected items. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TEXAS CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
