How do I register as a Texas vendor?
To become a vendor with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice / Texas Correctional Industries, you must register with the State of Texas.
Go to www.window.state.tx.us/procurement/registration
Who is eligible to purchase
from TCI?
City, county, state and federal agencies, public schools,
public and private institutions of
higher education, public hospitals and political subdivisions
are eligible to buy from TCI.
Ineligible entities include, but are not limited to, non-profit
corporations, private schools, private hospitals, private
enterprise and individuals.
