Hip length coat made of four inch quilted fabric with double lock stitch seams. Outer shell 100% T66 Denier Oxford fabric, durable finish, water repellent, mill first, finish first. Insulation 100% T66 nylon. Quilted using commercial methods with thread of matching color. Zipper front, two pockets, black stretch nylon cuffs. Nylon hood with drawstring attached to collar, hood rolled up under collar and snapped down when not in use.
